Sanpeng is committed to manufacturing varies of automobiles parts such as stamping moulds, pedal assemblies, clutch parts, automobile chassis parts, dual mass flywheels (DMFW) and damping disc. Since last year, Sanpeng has finished the work of studying the precise forming of the curved surface, laser welding, and net shaping of flywheel damping system with Hefei Industry University, which is the preparation for coming bath production.
Currently, Sanpeng has 35 technical workers, among them, two staffs have PHD, three staffs are senior engineers, 17 staffs have a medium-grade professional title, and 20 are responsible for quality management. In recent years, Sanpeng has acquired 115 proprietary intellectual property rights covering patent for invention, patent for utility models, etc.
